Season opener

Two months have passed since the beginning of the school year. In the past 60 days our players have had many challenges, adapting to a new country and new setting, managing school work with training, getting used to our daily routines, and many more.

Most of our players speak english as a second language, for some of them, this is their first year in a US boarding school, and language can be quite a barrier in the first couple of weeks. Now we are already seeing them speaking more fluently, creating new friendships and being more comfortable in their new surroundings.

Our school has a high academic reputation, and we also have high expectations from our players on the court. Managing both sides, being able to achieve high grades while participating in demanding training can be exhausting and very challenging. We have seen players make necessary adjustments and complete all requirements.

After all the hard work, all the dedication and sacrifice, the early morning training, our season will finally get under way. We will officially kick off the season with one of the best programs in the country Brewster Academy this weekend.

We have been able to beat Brewster Academy in the past, See here.
Good Luck to both our AA and AAA teams this weekend.

Let the season begin!!!
